Update August 14, 2019: WEN Class Action Preliminary Settlement Approval
On May 31, 2019, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench granted a Preliminary Approval Order granting initial settlement approval and certification of the class. While final approval has not yet been granted, you can still make a claim immediately through the settlement administrator website at www.mnp.ca/wenclassaction or by calling 1-866-750-0810.
The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for November 13, 2019, and an update on the outcome of that hearing will be posted on the website.
