Nicole Keeler brings compassion, expertise, and determination to her work as a lawyer. With a strong educational foundation, Nicole holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alberta, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.
Before embarking on a career in law, Nicole served as an Exercise Physiologist, designing and implementing rehabilitation programs for individuals across Alberta recovering from spinal cord injuries and other chronic conditions. Her work not only supported clients in regaining mobility and independence, but also helped them navigate the critical transition from hospital care to community rehabilitation.
Nicole now channels this experience into her legal practice, focusing on helping seriously injured accident victims secure the compensation they need for their long-term care and recovery. She leads some of the largest class actions in Alberta including food contamination, long-term care, and product liability. Her dedication and advocacy for her clients have been demonstrated through her notable successes in contested applications before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.
Nicole is an active member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Alberta. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys sports, with a passion for hockey, basketball, and golf.

“Practicing personal injury law is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of accident victims. Advocating for the rights of others is personally fulfilling and allows me to contribute more to the community alongside my incredibly hardworking and dedicated team.”
I pride myself on being a professional and empathetic personal injury lawyer. I use my strong communication skills to advocate for victims as they traverse this difficult time. When you work with me, I take time to ensure I understand how your injuries impact your life. As a former exercise physiologist with experience in rehabilitation programs, I understand the severity and complexity of your injuries. I apply my previous experience and knowledge to advocate for your rights. That way, I can help you attain a fair settlement and ensure you get the compensation you need for your treatment and future care. Many Albertans have never been in an accident or had to contact a personal injury lawyer before. I’m here to listen to you and help you understand the process so you can focus on your recovery and return to the activities you enjoy.
To best serve my local community, I have volunteered for numerous initiatives, including serving meals at Hope Mission here in Edmonton. I am honoured to have helped so many people to overcome challenging circumstances in both my practice of personal injury law and through my volunteer activities with the community.
